Check-in and check-out times for Hosted Buyers

Check-in is usually from 17:00 on your day of arrival, unless mentioned otherwise.

On the morning of Day 3 (9 Apr 2021), please ensure ample time for check out and flight reimbursement (if applicable) and we encourage you to be on the show-floor by 10am.

*For hosted buyers departing on Day 3 (9 Apr 2021), please ensure that flights booked are after 3pm to ensure ample time at the show floor. It is mandatory for all hosted buyers to attend ITB India for all 3 days.


During Show Days – 7 - 9 Apr 2021

Please refer to the buyers guide that will be disseminated 2 months before the show for mandatory functions and sessions to attend. We encourage buyers to explore the wonderful city of Mumbai during your free time or pre/post ITB India. More details will be available in time to come.

Daily appointment schedule is between 10am – 5pm. Please refer to your Online Diary to manage your schedule.

Buyers are advised to arrive at 8.45am on Day 1 for the Opening Keynote, and 9am for subsequent days.

Dress code for all 3 days is Business Attire.

A 2-way daily shuttle will be provided from hotel to venue. Information on shuttle services will be provided towards the show and will be available at the concierge upon check-in.
