ITB India 2025 will be held as an in-person event. The in-person event component is happening from 2 - 4 September 2025 at Jio World Convention Centre - Mumbai, India.
Companies interested in exhibiting may select between complete stand packages or space only options. For every 9sqm purchased, exhibitors are entitled to:
- One (1) appointment set inclusive of entity listing
- Two (2) exhibitors’ badges
Looking to maximise your meetings schedule at ITB India? Exhibitors may also purchase additional appointment sets and badges at an added cost. For every 9sqm, you are entitled to purchase additional:
- One (1) appointment set inclusive of entity listing
- Two (2) Listings only
- Four (4) additional badges

When renting up to 6sqm it is mandatory to select the complete stand package. The choice of stand form can be indicated, but is subject to availability and can not be guaranteed.

Row stand price of US$2,916 is applicable for exhibitors taking raw space larger than 400sqm.
Please note: Raw space can only be selected for spaces above 18sqm.
