• Car/Cab - Venue is easily locatable on the maps

• Airport - Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport, 30 minute drive

• Upcoming Metro - Lines 2 and 3, 7-10 minute walk

• Train - Closest stations aare Bandra, Kurla station and Santacruz station, 10-20 minute drive

• Bus - BEST buses going to BKC, Monday-Sunday: from 6AM - 9PM

Food & Beverage:

Visitors can purchase food and beverages from the cafeteria located within the exhibition hall. For a wider range of dining options, including halal cuisine, you may also visit the shopping mall beside Jio World Plaza.

WI-FI:

There is Wi-Fi provided for in the exhibition hall. For stronger connection, ITB India attendees may enjoy wireless surfing at out Wi-Fi hotspots within the Exhibition Hall. 

Entry Requirements: 

• Trade Event Only:
Admission is restricted to industry professionals, trade, and business visitors. Members of the general public, individuals under 18 years of age, and infants (including those in arms or strollers) are not permitted to enter the exhibition halls.

• Dress Code:
Visitors are expected to dress in appropriate business attire. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone deemed inappropriately dressed (e.g. flip-flops, sandals, or shorts), except where worn as part of recognised ethnic attire or a company uniform. 

• Event Badge:
All attendees must print and present a valid event badge at the registration counters and/or entry points. Entry will not be permitted without a valid badge. 

• Badge Usage:
Event badges are non-transferable. Badge swapping or providing false or misleading information or verification documents may result in enforcement action. 

• Registration Policy:
Attendees who fail to comply with the Registration Policies or the event terms and conditions may be refused entry or have their registration suspended. Cancellations, substitutions, or refunds are not permitted unless otherwise determined by the Organise
