Visitor FAQ


Below are some of the questions that our attendees ask frequently about ITB India. We hope you find them useful.

Attendees may purchase their trade visitor passes here (registration is coming soon) or onsite during the event, from 26 - 28 April at Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai, India.
Note: Online visitor registration is coming soon. 

The online registration process to purchase a trade visitor ticket will take 10 - 15 minutes to be completed. You will be notified via email of your confirmation after you have completed the payment. However, the organiser reserves the right to reject your registration at the sole discretion of the company.

For visitors with a valid promo code, kindly enter the code at REGISTRATION page before check out. Do note that all promo codes are applicable to online registration only. Refer to the registration guide here for more information.
Note: Online visitor registration is coming soon. 

All purchased passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

All registered visitors would receive a copy of their e-badges 1 week prior to the show via email. Alternatively, visitors may also login to their accounts during this period and download their e-badges. Visitors may opt to print their e-badges on their own.

Visitors may also choose to print out the confirmation letter of your online purchase of the trade visitor ticket and collect your badge at the registration counter and/or self-printing kiosks.

All successfully registered visitors of ITB India whom requires a VISA may contact the Visitors Team at visitor@itb-india.com to request for an invitation letter.

Exhibitor list will be release nearer to event.
