Pre-registration for Media

Online pre-registration for Media is coming soon. Media badges are only available to trade news media with proof of journalistic (including photojournalistic) employment (related to the topic of the exhibition). 

Messe Berlin Asia Pacific shall request proof of the applicant’s relevant journalistic and editorial status. Either of the two following items may be submitted as proof during registration:

• - An official Press card issued by a recognised (for example, national) association of journalists.
• - A business (name) card showing the applicant’s journalism position.

In addition to the above, all applicants must present article(s) published online/print no earlier than six months before the time of the event.

We point out that presenting a press card is generally not, in itself, sufficient grounds for accreditation. The exhibition organiser reserves the right to request further proof of journalistic employment. The Organiser reserces the right in individual cases to also demand presentation of a valid photo ID.

Media badges for ITB India 2024 are valid from 11 - 13 September 2024, from 10.00 am until the end of the show at 6.00 pm (GMT +5.30). The badge entitles the holder to free access to ITB India, MICE Show India and Travel Tech India exhibition floor and conferences. The badge is non-transferable and tag to the holder's profile provided during registration. 

Messe Berlin Asia Pacific reserves the right to refuse entrance without stating reasons and/or deemed in conflict. Any journalist admitted to ITB India who is subsequently found to be soliciting for business or selling advertising will be asked to leave.

Persons without journalistic credentials such as account managers, sales managers, advertising managers, marketing/PR-related job titles and individuals from PR/Marketing/Media agencies can gain full access to ITB India by pre-registering online or registering onsite as a trade visitor. Trade visitor status entitles you access to all official ITB India areas and events for three days, 11 - 13 September 2024, inclusive.

Media representatives can apply for accreditation online before September 2024.

Please note: the media counters at ITB India will not be offering onsite accreditation opportunities for media representatives. Make sure to apply for your accreditation online in advance.
