As all applications consist of private and confidential details, we will not be able to do a direct name replacement should you not be able to attend as a buyer.

Representatives (to replace the original confirmed buyer) will have to re-apply and fill in a new registration as the buyer package is non-transferrable. Please note that as all applications are strictly validated, we are unable to guarantee the approval of the replacement’s application. Replacement is not possible after 1 March 2023, once all hotel arrangements have been finalised.

Should you wish to nominate a team member, simply register them once buyer registration commences and email buyer@itb-india.com once the new registration is completed and we’ll advise on the status of the buyer package transfer.
